The Ontario Pay Equity Office is thrilled to be presenting to a provincial audience of HR professionals today at the 2022 Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) Summer Conference.  Commissioner Ward will lead a session on Advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with Pay Equity. This session will examine the strategic advantage of implementing a proactive stance on pay equity to close pay gaps and create an equitable and fair ​​​​​workplace.​
